The Ecoh HPG (Hosted Payment Gateway) is a Web Application Interface that handles payment requests between Ecoh Multimedia Solutions, and the Netcash Payment Gateway.

This enables Users of Ecoh Multimedia Solutions to make online real-time payments for purchases.

Users do not have to register as an Ecoh HPG applications user, however, in order to complete your online payment via Netcash, we require you to complete a simple form where you enter your First/Last Name, email address, mobile number and the amount you wish to pay (i.e. pre-paid voucher amount).

Please Note! The Ecoh HPG web application does not store any personal information, other than what is required by Netcash in order to maintain an audit trail of any Payment Requests and Responses. We do not store any banking or card details in our system.

Real-time Payments

The following payment methods are processed in real-time via the Ecoh HPG:

  • OZOW Instant EFT: Instant EFT payments are similar to Bank EFT payments, but it is guaranteed by OZOW, and is very cost effective.
  • Credit Cards: Any VISA or MasterCard Credit Card or 3D Secure Debit Card may be used for real-time Card Payments.
  • Masterpass: Masterpass payments are processed in the same way Cards are processed.
  • VISA Checkout: Similar to Masterpass payments are processed in the same way Cards are processed.

Delayed Payments

The following payment methods are delayed payments, but are more cost-effective:

  • Bank EFT: Normal online Bank EFT's may be used. These transactions are not real-time, and will take the usual 24-48 hours to complete and are more cost effective.
  • Retail: QR codes and Barcodes may be used, but must be scanned using your Banking App or a thrird-party mobile app like Zapper, or a barcode scanner.
